Erika Hopson has been involved in the fitness industry since 1999. She teaches a variety of group fitness classes, personal trains, conditions athletes, and teaches for the Fitness and Wellness Department at a local community college.
Erika is ACE certified and has completed additional training to teach Functional Strength, Functional Movement, Step by Design, Aerobic Fusion, Silver Sneakers, Stability Ball, BOSU, Athletic Challenges, TRX, Latin Step, Power Ball, Pilates, Power Flex, Cycle, Kwando Strike, Kwando Spar, Basic Nutrition, Fitness and Nutrition for Children, and the Principles of Health and Wellness.
