I have been active my entire life as a dancer, cheerleader and avid group fitness junkie!  I’ve been teaching group fitness for over 5 years, as well as personal training and group training such as the Cardinals Cheerleaders.  I’d love to have you join me at XL for R.I.P.P.E.D.  on Wednesday mornings @ 10:00.  When you are unable to make it to class, you can workout with me at home on the R.I.P.P.E.D. Total Body Challenge DVD!  Looking forward to sweating with you!
