Hello I’m Stephanie Freeze-Molina, I come from a dance background starting at the age of two including: Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Toe, Hip Hop,
Break-Dancing, Cheer, and Pom Line. I started teaching dance at the age of 14. In 1985, I was on the University Of Arizona Pom Line. I
stopped teaching dance in my mid thirties and due to my sedentary lifestyle started gaining weight. In 2011, I was at my heaviest at 325
lbs, wearing a size 26. I needed to make a change and started going to the gym every day. For 365 days I did not miss a workout at the gym.
During this time I found zumba, and loved it because it reminded me of my love of dance. In 2012, I became a license Zumba® instructor. Since then I’ve certified in Zumba Gold®, R.I.P.P.E.D., Pound, Fierce Funk, and most recently Hot Hula®. Everyday I love knowing I have a job I look forward to and that I’ll see my fitness family increase. I find great satisfaction in helping my fitness circle get one step closer to being happier and healthier.
