Our instructors are trained and certified to make sure that you get a complete, full-body workout designed for your fitness level and fitness goals.
We know our classes are top notch – and we want you to share your XL Health Club group fitness experience with your friends. Members are always welcome to bring a friend to group fitness – just make sure to sign them in as a guest at the front desk.
