A Personal Trainer will help you set personalized fitness and nutrition goals, teach you how to maximize your workout for best results, and encourage you every step of the way.
Personal Training sessions are 30 minutes or 1 hour sessions, and vary between 6-48 sessions per package. Prices vary based on the level of trainer, please inquire at the front desk for more information.
